This Shipping Policy applies to retail orders placed on shopimmore.com and fulfilled by IMMORE LTD.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and any free-shipping threshold are shown before you place an order. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after a shipping label is created.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please provide a complete and accurate address. Contact info@shopimmore.com promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a package appears lost or damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can help document the carrier inquiry.
International orders
If international delivery is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
